  2. Secondly through submitting a support request to academy@careersandenterprise.co.uk – we will come back to you with a resolution or escalate the query to our technical team

General questions

Click the 'forgotten password' link on the Login page and enter the email address linked to your profile to receive password reset instructions
If you are a Compass/Compass+ user your password will be the same for this site. If you have forgotten the password that you use for Compass/Compass + you will need to reset your password there to access this site. Visit:

Knowing about your institution helps us to provide a more tailored learning experience for you

Knowing if you are a Qualified Teacher and if you hold a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance helps us to understand more about you and the type of learning content and training you might be interested in

This is to help track your learning on our systems if you move institution so your record can still be found even if your email address changes

If you are an existing Compass/Compass+ user you can update personal details in that product and they will be reflected in The Careers & Enterprise Academy. If you are only a user of this platform, please submit a support request to academy@careersandenterprise.co.uk

You can update your roles and management level in the Profile settings

Yes, in the Profile settings there is an option to add a preferred name for the certificates

Go back into the course and double check all modules within the course have been completed. The final module of each course is titled 'Wrap Up.' This module is designed to summarise the learning, outline next steps, and evaluate the course as a whole. Completion of this module is mandatory to achieve certification and successfully finish the course. If all modules have been completed and it is still not showing, submit a support request to academy@careersandenterprise.co.uk for further help

Yes, your progress will automatically save

The Careers & Enterprise Academy is the home of careers leadership to support the planning and delivery of strategic, progressive careers programmes. The My Development page shows you your current course status (completed/in progress) and any courses we would recommend to you based on your job role. The Course Library shows you all the courses we have available for all job roles

On the My Development page you will see courses recommended for you by your role and there will be priority courses shown first. For example, for new Careers Leaders we recommend starting with the Careers Leader induction course to provide a foundation level of knowledge about the role. More courses and content will be added over time

If you can't see any courses or learning content related to a specific topic you are looking for, try searching on our Resource Directory for resources that support the delivery of that topic or looking in our Help Centres to see how our other digital products (Compass and Compass+) can support you

Help for existing users of our other products

Some information about you and your institution has been pulled through from your original registration on Compass/Compass+. You can update your roles and management level on here but will need to update other personal details on Compass/Compass+. Changes you make there will be reflected on The Careers & Enterprise Academy

A record of any courses you fully completed on the Digital Hub should be visible to you on The Careers & Enterprise Academy, if you used the same email address to register on this site. If your course record is not accurate please submit a support request to academy@careersandenterprise.co.uk

Unfortunately any courses not completed by 15th January 2025 on the Digital Hub were not transferred over to The Careers & Enterprise Academy and you should have received notifications in December 2024 and January 2025 about this. Please restart these courses on this site to have a complete record of all the learning you have undertaken

The Careers & Enterprise Academy content is designed for educators and those involved in careers leadership. Anyone is able to access the full range of courses available for educators within the Course Library, but courses specifically designed for your roles are still on the Digital Hub.
